Our Savings accelerator offers you the opportunity to work with C&W Homes by offering a private loan on one of our property projects.
We will:
• Outline the project strategy from the start, sharing our proposal with you
• We establish and agree your annual % return on your loan sum
• We agree and sign a loan agreement detailing the loan amount, return and timescales
• We will purchase, refurbish and sell/refinance the property
• We will repay in full along with your bank busting interest within the agreed timeframe
Weekly updates will be provided and site visits possible if required.
